Residential Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by a neighbor and they were right on. My service tech, Brandon, was straight forward, professional, and efficient. Squirrels had chewed through the wires and shorted the system. He identified the issue and got everything working quickly. If you are looking for a dependable HVAC company who you can trust…look no further. I have used this team now for 2 different projects (both installing a mini split on our ADU, as well as a full AC maintenance on our older main unit and can not be more impressed with the work that has been done, the communication through the job, and the transparency with the cost and pictures along the way of the work being done. Jason from Residential Heating and Air Conditioning came out on a service call a couple of weeks ago. I had HEPA filters that needed changing in our units in the garage and attic. I also asked for a furnace inspection of both furnaces. He also changed the filters in our two HEPA units--one in the attic and one in the garage. He then cleaned our dryer vent inside our laundry room. He even vacuumed behind the dryer and the floor in the laundry room to clean up any mess. I was told that the parts & labor I needed for a service would be $500 because the parts were expensive, even though it was a 15 min job. After the work was started, a quick price check and they were $20 a peice. I don't mind companies needing to be profitable & people need to be paid for their work, but be honest about your pricing, and clear about your rates. I bought an AC system from them, and I've had multiple maintainences from them. But I won't go back.
