Chris Carrell did an amazing job! His knowledge of the product and ability to answer all my questions was the reason we made residential gourmet our new go to for stalking our freezer
Dealing with the slugs now, 3 day return policy has not been honored. .. Brent the owner talked to me and said he would take care of it but still won't return my calls. Worst experience ever and I have bought meat like this before never had a problem. ...The salesman lied about how many pounds were in the box. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I didn't buy the meat, but it was very high pressure. He was condescending and pushy and said, "you must not be listening to me." I looked at the salmon, but it was so light pink, I knew it was either farm raised or old. I told him when the fish I eat is dark red and he said it was shot up with coloring. Funny thing for fresh Alaskan King salmon to have been shot up. Must have happened after I pulled it to shore and I wasn't looking.
