I purchased a box of filets (????) from the starting price of $60.00 all the way down to $25.00. By the way, the sales pitch is always, "My boss gave us too much and wants us to sell it by the end of the day, we have to sell it at any cost!" I put 2 of them on the grill that same night and after tasting the product I will never purchase anything from this company again. Don't do business with this company! I bought the premium package of steaks. They were inedible & ended up guving them to our dogs. When I contacted our sales rep Mike Stacia because i was told it was a 100% satisfaction guarantee, he ensured he would switch out the meat or give me my money back. Still no satisfaction from this company about refunding our money and picking up this garbage they call meat. Looks like I'll have to get an attorney to handle this. Don't do business with this company, they are not reputable.

This company sucks, one of their salesmen ripped us off for a box of meat.,he came on Mon. and said he will bring the rest of our meat on wed. that has been a month ago, and still no meat, and boy once they get your money your pretty much screwed,, I am so sick of trying to deal with all of them, so frustrated and mad that I have had it.... really bad customer service....

Zero stars. Horrible meat. TOUGHEST FULL OF GRISSLE.NEVER buy. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE..
Loved these guys, can't wait to have the steaks!
