Purchase the house that has an elevator from Residential Elevators, new construction, we’ve had about 10 service calls because of faulty install elevator getting hung up, not functioning getting stuck in it, now it’s about one and a half years old, the last service call we had was about 7 months ago, Until today, they charged me $585 to come out because on the third floor some door hinge wasn’t aligned properly from the initial install and finally wore out and cause the elevator to malfunction, that is not something that we ... read more
