Called in advance to let me know they were on the way. Were very knowledgeable and explained what they found was needed to get us back operational. Gave suggestions to prevent future problems. Overall was a very positive experience.
My elevator stopped running last night after a tremendous thunder storm. I called this morning and asked if it might be possible for someone to talk me through resetting where the elevator thought the floor was -- it was stopping about 2-3" below where it actually would be. A gentleman talked me through what needed doing (and I DID warn him I was a mechanical idiot) and in minutes, my elevator was working as it should.
