Horrible place to work with! I have been trying to contact our “designated designer” Alexis for months now. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to owing you money on an overpayment they won’t pay you back and give you nothing but a run around!!! I have emails going back and forth saying payment is on the way and takes 6 weeks and that was back in September we are now in December!!! This is a horrible company to work with.

Ok heres the deal, we bought a new house and this was the builders design center. The scheduling process is horrid and It was nearly impossible to get them to cooperate with our schedules. And when it came to calling them they don't answer or reply to phone calls. It was see evident their scheduling process was this time is available, you either take it or wait longer.
