I wouldn't recommend them at all. The appraiser was unfriendly. We had a fully finished basement that we spent 45k on and the appraiser gave us a 2k increase on our home value with the finished basement. What a joke. We realize we wouldn't get 45k in increased value but 2k? Go someplace else.
Not happy with her report. She didn't show / late the first time. I got tired of waiting and had to leave. She said she was running late and she just missed us. Because when she did show up, my family and I were getting ready to eat dinner, so I told he to reschedule. Because of that, when she did come back. I feel she intentionally valued the house lower than what's it worth. She is just an old lady working out of her house, and she tries to make it sound like a big company.
