I've been calling this place for months!! They barely answer the phone and when they do they act like they cant answer your questions. They promise call backs that DO NOT happen! We didnt live there for 24 hours. They've sent us bill's for services we weren't there for. They and owe us hundreds over 500! Wasn't gonna write anything harsh because I loved who I worked with personally as far as peers! But management needs all new people! I called off ONE TIME after they knew I am pregnant.. I was having Braxton Hicks and even told them I would bring doctor notes and letters and still got fired!! I was gonna give my 2 weeks notice anyways but not until I had something. THE STAR IS ONLY SO I CAN POST OTHERWISE YOUD GET A NEGATIVE 10 STARS. All 3 office personnel are useless, rude and completely incompetent. After confirming move-in date in person and TWICE via phone, arrived to find a week delay in move-in without even an apology or notice given. Jocelyn refused to provide the name or phone number for corporate, and the manager Ashley is consistently unavailable to assist.
