Unresponsive customer service. Here 7 weeks ago, still waiting for my glasses, still waiting for my itemized bill for my flex plan, still waiting for a response to several emails, voicemails and phone calls. My experience started well, as far as the pre-visit Covid protocols and meeting Dr. Sholomon. But that was 7 weeks ago!!

Overall best eye Doctor , took his time explained everything to me , Lucy was amazing with a beautiful personality got my appt for my next vis got in promptly , Malu was so very sweet did not rush the testing and made me feel super comfortable, Jasmine took the time to show me what was best & most comfortable eyeglasses for me , I highly recommend this great office & staff
