I would not recommend Apartment 2 to others due to several concerns: 1. There are persistent issues with pests, including large roaches. 2. Maintenance requests tend to take a long time to be addressed. 3. Front office staff are often unresponsive and sometimes provide inaccurate information. 4. They frequently do not answer phone calls. 5. The hot water supply is unreliable and rarely functions properly. 6. This is the state my home has been in for over a week now. There had been a massive leak that had been draining into my kitchen and seeping under the floorboards for about three weeks before they sent someone out to deal with it. With no notice or eta of arrival, finally a plumber came out randomly one day and cut out a ton of holes in a ton of walls and then finally found the busted pipe.
