Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría , hoy fui a pedir que manden a los de mantenimiento porque el aire me sale súper caliente y tengo 2 bebés en casa y prácticamente jugaron conmigo no mandaron a nadie , si el día de mañana no mandan a nadie tendré que ir con policías porque no es justo que pague mi renta puntual y me dejen vivir así en pleno calor y más con 2 bebés! Mi departamento parece un horno!!! Si pueden no arrienden aquí , para agarrar apartamentos te endulzan y luego cuando los necesitas se hacen las locas!
So I’ve lived here for a year and both pools have not been open at all. It’s summer again and it’s an inconvenience for me and my son to have to go enjoy ourselves somewhere else instead of our home. They recently removed the playground without notice to us as well & that was one of the main reasons I moved here. The gym is always dirty, dog poop every step u take outside & water bugs in the unit. Hurry up and open the pool or I’ll keep leaving bad reviews.
has two pools but when you call and ask, they’re blaming Arlington city for not coming out and looking at the pools yet it’s the summertime and there’s no ETA on when we’ll be able to use the pools. What is we paying rent for if we cannot use the amenities that we were told we get while we are living here.
I paid a $500 deposit on February 13, 2026, and it has now been more than 90 days without receiving my refund. I already allowed the property to keep the $174 application fee, but the remaining $500 deposit has still not been returned. I have contacted the leasing office multiple times and also communicated with the manager’s assistant regarding this issue, but there has been no resolution or clear update so far. I respectfully request that my $500 deposit be refunded as soon as possible. I hope management will address this ... read more
