These apartments are far better and cheaper than staying at a local hotel. Very well furbished with a comfortable bed and furniture. Appliances were top notch to include a washer/dryer combo with all the supplies needed for our 10 day stay. The building is a nice step back in history and showcases how the reuse of such facilities can continue to serve the needs of many. Something you should know before renting: you will spend every single night of the week awakened at 2:00 am when the bars get out. It’s like an after party in the streets. You’ll hear people out there with big speakers literally partying and the cops will not do anything about it. You’ll hear homeless people shouting incoherently on park benches, cars speeding off, fights, and the occasional gunshot. Downtown Rochester is a mess at night, and not policed. The property managers won’t tell you that part. Fair warning.

Our apartment at Old City Hall was well stocked and furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay. Nick was very helpful and responsive to our questions.
