The Residences at Chastain is a wonderful place to live. The complex is nestled in the heart of Atlanta. There is much to do all around. There is a nature preserve right behind the complex, which is a plus. Overall, my experience has been great. -Elizabeth M.
RecommendedI love it here. Moved in June, 2020 and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is super helpful and just all around amazing people. They are kind, friendly and pleasant. They are personable and even know my dogs’ names which makes me feel at home. The complex is small, quiet and clean. Biggest bonus - it is 10 short steps from the Blue Heron trail and less than a 2 miles from Chastain park. Love it and my dogs love it here too, which is what is most important to me.
I moved here a few months ago and felt right at home. The apartments are lovely, the complex is in a great location, and management truly cares about you as a resident. I have enjoyed making Residences at Chastain my new home ☺️-Elizabeth Mims
Helen (the property manager) is so hospitable! Any issue I've had with any other resident, maintenance, or billing has always been handled swiftly and in a beautiful manner. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and seems to be very secure. I've been here since July in the midst of this pandemic and have no complaints.

Moved in a few months ago, and have LOVED my experience so far. It's very quiet/feels secluded but in a great central location. The staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating about everything. Feels like a true community!

I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else. If this place were for sale, I would buy it! From the staff that treats you like family and priority. To the beautiful floor plan and and appliances, and the beautiful property and great amenities! I can't forget the maintenance staff that is always on time and does an exceptional job, which they're rarely needed. I found a home in an apartment!
