I have lived here about a year and I cannot wait to leave. I loved the place at first, but the bliss was short lived. I have had the most problems in my year here than in any other apartment that I’ve lived in. The halls in my building often have trash in them, the smell of marijuana seeps into my apartment from neighbors, pests of all sorts find solace in my home, and the exterminator rarely visits. I give this place a -1. Property managers are condensing & don't take care of problems as reported. Pool closed during summer & no fitness center for months. Horrible personnel. Can't sit on patio because of mosquito bites - 3 urgent care visits. Have asked repeatedly for extra spray (which is "included" in rent) but have to keep going back.
Turn away from this place and never look back. My family and I have been renting at these apartments for far too long. How long? Since the property management company was MAA; that's how long. Even then, our stay has been terrible. Let's start out with what you see when you first turn down Stoney Glen Drive.
