Nice apartments, okay environment Pros: The apartments are nice and spacious with updated appliances, walkable complex, and location is great. Maintenance has been very responsive the couple of times I had to call them. Friendly neighbors. Cons: People don't clean up after their dogs even though there are plenty of poop stations and bags. Trash from Cinergy or people hanging out and drinking/smoking in the residents parking lot. Unsafe They do not enforce parking here. People park anywhere they want. They even block the fire hydrants. We had a minor incident here last night and all of the fire hydrants were blocked when the fire department arrived. I’ve asked and pleaded with them to enforce the law and protect us but they won’t.
