Expensive and getting worse!! – ONE MAN'S TRASH IS ANOTHER MAN'S TREASURE fits to a tee. This place has been perfectly marketed towards the individuals that must not realize the value of a dollar. STAY AWAY!!! – To start, ALL of the reviews I have read are VERY ACCURATE! I had a friend that lived at the Domain and I thought it would be a neat place to live. I visited him a few times and thought it was fairly nice. So, I decided to lease. The staff was very friendly at move in. However, once you move in, they could care less about you! DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE MISERABLE – rarely will complain about things...but I cannot let this go unsaid. If you want to have your car vandalized, harrassed by residents, then told there is nothing the management can do..please fill out an application and live at the Domain. The office staff for the most part are incompetent, condecending, worthless people. Do yourself a favor & not live at the Residences @ Domain – To keep this short I will do bullet points bc I have limited characters to use. I lived at the Residences @ the Domain for 1 year & here is why to avoid it: • Halls to the apartment were un-air conditioned and miserably hot • Elevator was ALWAYS broken! Living on the 4th floor, getting home with your arms FULL of groceries & you get to the elevator to find that it is ONCE AGAIN broken is not acceptable! overpriced – I lived here for a year and it felt like the biggest waste of money ever. The hall way to my apartment in the summer was triple digits at NIGHT! That's because of the way it faces and there's no ventilation in the hall way, it's completely sealed off. After a bunch of us complained and getting the senior management to come down from corporate they put in fans. It helped a little bit but it was still way dangerously hot. DO NOT LIVE HERE! PLEASE LISTEN!!!!! – I do not take the time to write poor reviews. I never complain at restaurants, I never gripe at the moody cashier at the stores I shop at. I am taking time to write this in the hopes of helping at least one person.
