I lived here last year before I finally found a proper condo to moved to. I rented at Residences at 63 Roehampton (managed by Q Residential). Issues I experienced: a pest control visit entered my unit while I was away without the 24-hour written notice required under Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, and photos were taken inside my unit without my consent.
