I experience pure happiness on a daily basis living at Residences at Brookline. When I was taken for a tour by Amber, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. She answered all of my questions with ease. As soon as I walked in the apartment, I fell in love. I knew immediately this was home. The apartment is beautifully updated with all new appliances and washer/dryer in unit, among many other perks. This parking is absolutely ridiculous. They obviously did not do their numbers right. I have a full time job and I don't get home until 10pm or later. With that being said, I have to dread coming home and expect to park at the very front of the complex, when I live in the VERY LAST building at the bottom. It's so unsafe to keep my car that far/walk that distance late at night. Extremely unhappy and frustrated with the situation.

As I am sure you have noticed, a letter went out to all of our residents a few days ago requesting updated vehicle information. This way we are able to access how many resident vehicles are here at the community and will have all of the necessary data to put a new plan for parking in action. These apartment homes are awesome! I love that the clubhouse is 24 hours and the pool is year round. They have amazing amenities and great staff. I worked with Sarah who answered all of my questions and was super helpful and considerate! The location of this community is also great!

The staff at Residence at Brookline was more then helpful and went out of there way to assistant me. If you're looking for a wonderful community to stay where you can feel safe, play with your kids, walk your dog or go for a peaceful walk or run. This is the place to be.
