RecommendedThis is such a safe and wonderful place to live. I have lived here for five months now and couldn’t be happier. As a single mother, I feel safe in knowing Brookline is looking out for their residents. The other day I had an issue with my fridge and the young man in the office (Devin) was fast to prioritize my maintenance ticket and get me help in two hours! I love the property, the residents and the staff. I can say assertively, that I will be renewing my lease when the time comes!
I’ve been a resident at Residences at Brookline for over 3 years and love it here. Im moving when my lease is up but only bc I’m buying a home. The staff is always so helpful. Recently I was out of town and had a package that needed to be refrigerated delivered. I called and asked one of the leasing professionals Devin Pokropinski if he could go to my mailbox and put it in my apartment. He said he needed an email from me. I totally forgot to email him to give him access, but i had an email from him when i checked my emails r... read more

We just got our welcome letter to move into our 2 bedroom this week !! The process with Velma was very smooth . She’s very professional and a genuine worker and it’s so appreciated . Also while she was out on Monday Becky attended to our needs very quickly once we got ahold of her . I couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! Thank you .

I’m not sure where to begin! I had a phenomenal experience with Ms. Velma. I currently live in S.C and on every occasion she has delivered. We had a zoom call and answered every question we had. We also came in person and she was so professional. If we do decide to relocate to North Carolina w/o a doubt we’re coming just because of her.

I had the best apartment hunting experience here, I actually didn’t move in due to relocating Jobs but the actual leasing process was great thanks to Velma. Every question I had it was answered and every detail about the leasing process was given. Velma is such a sweet person and her customer service was excellent, such a joy to talk to.
