Extremely Cheap and Horrible customer service. Had issues with mold in closet and kitchen from someones upstairs toilet. When we needed to move out because our dogs were getting very sick and had thousands in vet bills they didn’t care to even look into the issue. Don’t listen to the lies from other reviews saying this place is so amazing. Paid 1,600 for a tiny 2 bedroom with cheap build quality.

Absolutely! Such a fun, nice & and inviting place to live! Luxury living! All the Boardwalk team are so accommodating and amazing!
Residences at Boardwalk has been my home for 2 years and I couldn’t ask for a better community to live in! I upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment and they made the transition so easy, and are very accepting of our fur-babies! The neighbors are friendly, the units are sleek, and the staff here are seriously amazing. Grateful for a this place!
Gates always open! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful exterior! These buildings are extremely cheap, plastic baseboards that would randomly fall around the doors. Before we started moving in, the walls were covered in marks and nails showing through, it looked like the floor and counters were covered in saw dust. The drawers in the bathrooms are constantly getting stuck closed. My front door would let water pour in when it would rain, making the baseboard to mold. I LOVE living at Residences at Boardwalk! The apartments are great and the property is just beautiful. Every morning my dog and I take a long walk around the lake and just take in the beautiful setting. I have recommended the property to my friends and will continue to do so!
