The management company is horrible. They are impossible to contact, I have been trying for over a month without receiving a call or message back.
I moved out 4 years ago and am now receiving a bill and when I try to call they won’t answer their phone or respond to voicemails so I can’t even get an explanation. I made sure I was settled up and even have emails from when I moved that I owed nothing!
We have lived here for two years and absolutely love it. The location is unbeatable, it feels pretty safe, and the apartments are spacious. It can be loud on the corner but you get used to it. It is one of my favorite apartments I’ve lived in!
Do not live here! 5 years after I moved out I’m getting bills for electricity that I definitely paid with my rent. Update: I did call. I emailed. Zero response. Never said utilities were included with rent. 6 years ago utilities were paid on the same invoice as rent. I’ve done my due diligence, you can contact me if you think I owe something and I’ll show you the receipts.
