I have lived here for 3 years now and I just recently returned from being away for 2 months, and I can't believe the positive changes that they have made. Jessica is doing an amazing job. Managing and maintaining the building as well as the cleaning staff that they have hired. I really like the way she treats the tenants and tries to address any issues as fast as she can. I've lived here almost a year and have seen it evolve positively over the last couple of months. Jessica has done a great job cleaning up the building by hiring amazing cleaning staff and making sure things are fixed and dealt with quickly. She's positive even when she has no reason to be, always smiling and my autistic son absolutly adores her! The decorations in the lobby are a nice touch! I'm pete I live at 385 vine apt 703. This review is for jess. I really like jess she easy to talk to and understand things. I've not once see her get pissy with tenants. She understand her tenant's and try her best to help u. I like to recmend jess as the full time manger of this building. Mon to fri. Gwen if u read this listen to wht im saying hear.Thx jess
They will not return your key deposit
Bug and drugs infested. Dirty building . Garbage all over the ground when the bins are located. Dog feces everywhere. My car was broken into and packages stolen from my door. Not worth the rent
