If I could give this building negative stars, I would. I have lived in this building for over 10 years and it has become the most disgusting vile place to live in the past 5-6 years. There’s constantly spit, cigarettes, spilled beer, human and dog pee in the elevators. Dog poop and trash in hallways and all over the outside property. Moved in Nov 1st. The unit was suppose to have had a flood but was repaired. Kitchen cabinets are held together with paint and tape, found cockroaches the first week. For the past two months we have been charged NSF because we were told he had to do pre-approved payments, then found out that we could pay via debit. They didn't stop the payments. $140 between my bank fees and theirs. They will not refund.
