We have lived her 6 months and already want to move. Within the first week here we had cockroaches. Have cupboards that are so damage they are held together by duct tape, and caulking. No working fan in the washroom. Living on the mainfloor means listening to slaming of the entrance doors 24/7. Worst of all is all the drug activity. When evicted from one unit they move in with another unit. We can't open our curtains because they are constantly looking in as they walk by. If I could give this building negative stars, I would. I have lived in this building for over 10 years and it has become the most disgusting vile place to live in the past 5-6 years. There’s constantly spit, cigarettes, spilled beer, human and dog pee in the elevators. Dog poop and trash in hallways and all over the outside property. Cockroach’s running through lobby and hallways. Drug dealers living throughout the building, drug addicts passed out in hallways. I was verbally assaulted by one in my apartment hallway.
