Rooms were dirty. Did not want to refund money. Tax papers under mattress from 2014.
RecommendedPets are our family and Residence does a wonderful job accommodating everyone.
Cozy room with all the amenities. Very helpful staff as well. Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet❤️
It was a beautiful place but needs to be updated..
The only reason I'm rating this a 3 is because of the staff. They must go through a lot. Here for a soccer tournament so we have about 10 rooms or so. I parent had to move 3 times. Eva use of issues. A comped night because of dirt and grime on the wall. My AC isn't working the second night. We changed rooms and when maintenance came up he said he already had a work order for that room. I love this beautiful little town � its a great place to stay if you need to be close to Sacramento. The staff here is friendly and very helpful, especially the sweet front desk girl. I will definitely be back�
