Not kept up. 2 inch cracks in the pavement on the sidewalks that my son fell and got hurt on this morning. Staff laughed when I told them about it. Not happy.
The hotel was clean and breakfast was good.This would have been 5 stars if they had not called and said two hours before I was to be at a wedding that I had not booked two nights. I had made the original reservations with the front desk for what I thought was two nights. I even called three before to confirm reservation.
Great place to stay . Friendly staff, clean rooms , Great free breakfast . Very glad we stayed here
They are thoughtful, warm and kind. I have been other hotels including residence inn type, but the Residence Inn Marriott Portland Lake Oswego is the best. Facility isn't super fancy or luxury like 5 stars hotel, but the staffs' customer service is great. I'd like to personally appreciate two staffs; Barbara and Katelyn(sorry if I spelled wrong)
