My family and I had a terrible experience at the Residence Inn at Pittsburgh Monroeville/Wilkins Township. This is the most poorly managed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were “out” of double rooms on a Thursday but not the weekend? Their pull out beds were dirty and thinner than cardboard. They didn’t provide any sheets or blankets for it. The pillow in the closet was yellow and stained with possibly blood. And on top of all the the shower wasn’t leveled when it was installed to the shower door will not stay closed. It just rolls open every time you close it.
