Left a baby pillow behind on Wednesday Aug 12 on the bed. Noticed immediately on the first flight but could do nothing at the moment. I reported it as soon as I could later that afternoon to see if a collegue staying there could bring it to me. Hotel claims nothing was left behind, which is an unfortunate lie. Either housekeeping is not doing their job or they decided to keep it. Very unfortunate.
Stayed at this hotel June 23 & 24th; so this review is well over due, but i travel for my job and am a caretaker, free time is what i don't have but this staff went above and beyond that i made sure to give them a great review! First, Lyft kept canceling my ride and then kept recalculating. Very frustrating when i had to be an event and people were waiting on me. Great service and attention from the manager Ms. Valdez, and the morning receptionist Jannet, they’re such great, kind and lovely people. Delicious breakfast, Tita the cook, also great at service. We love to stay at the hotel, it’s worth the price, and the location is also great, close to everything.
Got a nice large suite with full fridge, dishwasher, and glassware, but later realized the room was infested with roaches. Even worse it’s the small ones that get everywhere as I found them in the fridge, microwave, wall outlets, and in the stove.🤦🏽♂️ Informed management and contacted customer service.
