A Truly Comfortable and Welcoming Stay! I've been a longtime Residence Inn member and have stayed at many locations, but this one quickly became one of my top favorites. My stay was incredibly pleasant and comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean.... thermostat on the wall doesn't work.... kind of a bummer... water pressure is pretty good.... location is close to the air port and a lot of restaurants...
VERY friendly and personable staff. Not once did I ever feel like I was treated like just another number. This location was near my job site, a future restaurant at the mall. There is a Walmart across the interstate, where I bought food that I can cook/heat in my room. The kitchen has utensils, pans, plates, and bowls. Microwave and fridge work perfectly. Highly recommend stying here customer service are awesome specially Juanita at front desk and Memo maintenance guy really nice people really profesional thank you so very much for making me feel very welcome I really appreciate yall and rooms are nice and clean.
This hotel is beyond tired, water leaks, and the elevator has smoke coming out of it. When I arrived in my room, it’s not like bleach and I asked to be moved to different room and they had no other options. Extremely disappointing for our Marriot property and surprised This location has the Marriot name.
