I've been here at the Residence Inn in Jackson Tennessee for a year now with work the staff is amazing the people are OK in Jackson the staff really caters to any need you need I would stay here anytime and I'm glad my work chose this place to stay at
Our stay at the Hotel was great. The accommodations were very nice. The staff were very friendly & polite. The Christmas decor looked amazing. Every staff worker I came in contact with was extremely nice. The whole management was very hospitable and friendly. We received friendly, attentive, professional service.
Newly built and great accommodations. The breakfast is high quality. The happy hour is very satisfying. Loved the outdoor fire pit. Awesome staff!

broke down within walking distance. The shell nearest it was shut down and I needed to use the restroom. I walked to the door and rang their air bell and asked her if I could use it. She then explained to me that she couldn't let me in and that I would have to go to Denny's, a 1 hour walk. So I left and they will never get my business when I plan to stay the night at a hotel. This was at 4:30am on November 1, 2014.
