Great place staff residents in all thanks great job
Ghetto is the best way to describe this place. The room I'm in has an overdue mattress on the bed. Crumbs on the counters, mainly to the back. The toilet was broke in two different ways. Front desk said we had to wait on the issue. Trash and unswept debris in the stairwell. Key card entrance doesn't work at the lobby so you have to use one of the side door entrances, if they're not already unlocked at 1am. Everything was wonderful, when I come back to Michigan this is where we are staying.
Very nice two bedroom two bathroom suites with full kitchen. A great value and perfect for families, and it's in a nicer part of town than other choices.
It was more than just ok. Friendly service ane the room was clean. I'd stay hear again.
The staff were ROCK Stars! They helped and supported us through a very difficult time (funeral of father). Having the full kitchen in our rooms and extra meeting space for all the guest staying there was so important. Our family had 10 children with many grand children and great grand children so there were a lot of rooms booked. We are planning on meeting next year will only use Residence Inn.

We had a nice night here. Once we get into our room, the smoke detector was beeping low battery and sheets in closet were too small for hide a bed. I called the front desk and we were upgraded free to a suite with two beds, separate rooms, very nice. Only problem was behind doors were balloon parts from previous guests. Still a nice room.
