Great place to stay! We've been coming and staying here for over 10 years or so!!!
Loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, hotel was always clean and kept up. Rooms were comfortable and clean. No problems, very pleased. Would highly recommend!!
It has been a great stay. I loved the staff & the food was good. I loved that the pool stayed open till 12 plus for my kids. For sure coming back.
Nice, hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Very nice breakfast & eating area, and beds were extremely comfortable. It was a bit hard to find ice as our floor's machine was nonop & next floor's was MIA, however staff promptly filled our bucket. I recommend this hotel.
We have lived full time at the Residence Inn El Paso for 9+ months. This has truly become our home and the staff is our family. From the courteous people to the delicious food (chicken taco Monday being our family favorite) everything here is top notch. Heidi and the whole team have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of and have made us feel so special. I will truly be sad when we move next month.
