This is my second and last time staying here. This hotel and chain judge any person who looks the part or acts like a youthful person going to a concert. We arivived Friday night after a red rocks concert and there top shelf barney Fife wanna be security guard decides to walk our hall over and over putting his head to the doors of the 3 rooms who got back from the same show. I understand the rules of this place and followed them perfectly , but how does anyone have the right to ease drop on me and my wife in our rooms.....if... read more
Super friendly staff and VERY clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay and I'm sure we will be back!
nice,did a walk through and pool and hot tub are convieniently located and heated it closes for the season at the end of sept soooooo,it ll be fun
Absolutely worst front desk staff and the fact there was supposedly no one else to speak to like a manager or general manager or even another front desk staff.. Person named Matt was very condescending, tone of voice was horrible, and worst attitude in hospitality that we have ever experienced! The fact he would speak to an elite member for this hotel is crazy. He just lost a lot of money spent at la quintas weekly! Still waiting for a manager to call me as well
The smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic bag. The desk said they would have housekeeping take care of it but they didn't after 24 hrs. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and the elevator was down. Room was okay but they don't seem to care about details. Should be better for the price they charge.
