Stayed at this hotel this past weekend. There was no heat in our room - we froze!!! After calling for maintenance 3 times they finally came to look at it - will not be staying here again
Spent one night here on a work trip. Room was huge, clean and well equipped.
This hotel is in a great location. Public transportation is very accessible and you can easily get anywhere. The room is/was wonderful. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 under rooms is due to the extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa. It feels like sleeping on the actual metal frame, probably due to the thinness of the mattress and the wear and tear. The sofa and cushions have a bad smell probably also due to much use. This hotel was such a treat! The pool was so warm and wonderful, same for the hot tub - my kids had a blast! Room provided everything we needed. Staff was helpful. 5
