I’m so confused reading these positive reviews. My wife and I and our kids just had a very poor experience staying overnight just yesterday. We reserved a suite and were given Room 107. After checking in my wife went with the kids to the room while I went to park the car. By the time I reached the hallway my wife was already on her way to the front desk to complain about the room.
