I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I was staying at this hotel for 15 days while in Washington, D.C. on official U.S. government business. At check-in, I noticed my reservation reflected a rate of $309 instead of the government rate of $276. Before checking in, I specifically told the front desk that if they could not honor the government rate, I would simply stay at another nearby hotel.
