As a Marriott member I expect customer service end to end in your hotel. Your door valet staff was very rude and yelled at us and our uber driver as we were being picked up to go to the airport. There was zero reason for his outburst and his behavior will influence my decision to stay at your hotel again!
Overall good experience. Delayed check-in due to paperwork auth issue. Bill had 2 minor food items ( about 10.00 ) that I did not receive. Nice workout facility!
We stayed here for 8-9 days exploring DC during the days leading up to Christmas. One of the best stays and honestly the hotel was way nicer than we expected. The room we had came with a kitchen, a living area and the bed. Very spacious, very comfortable, very clean. We used the kitchen to cook basic meals. All the cookware, plates, cutlery were in great condition. Everything I needed, even salt and pepper, was there. No olive oil though but it’s okay! Location-wise it was the best!
