Parking can be a hassle sometimes with congestion, but the customer service, rooming & their outdoor bar & pool are quite nice!
We had a great stay at the Residence Inn San Diego Downtown/Bayfront and would absolutely stay here again, especially when traveling with a baby. There are a couple of things parents should know, though. First, the good: The staff here is exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. This is one of a kind hotel had an amazing experience during my stay and Geoffrey was helpful throughout my stay.
Having lived here for the better part of last year, I've grown quite fond of it. This is highly attributable to the people running the show. From the front desk staff like Hossien, James, Dawson and Geoffrey, to other staff such as Joshua, Guillermo, Elizabeth (she handles housekeeping on my floor, and is one of the warmest people I've met here).
