I can't say thank you enough for the wonderful staff you have. My sister, who is very diabled and I stayed in your handicap suite. We had everything we needed to meet her needs. Thank you so much. I have to give a special thank you to your night time desk clerk, she was very compassionate and caring.
Got into my room and found the day bed still unfolded and I thought well this sucks, then found the reg king bed ,woke up the next morning, went to brew a pot and it was only decaf, lucky I have a few saved reg coffee packets stashed away in my suitcase other then these 2 it's ok
This shitty hotel did not have a hairdryer in the room we were staying in which is RM 106... We called front desk a few times and no answer. Finally they answered and said they would send someone but we waited for 20mins still nothing... Called again they said they dont have anymore dryer in the whole entire hotel without letting us know if we didnt call back... Waited for a fan..not even a fan to dry my hair but at least they let know... WHAT KIND OF HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE EXTRA HAIRDRYERS?! Now ,i have the sleep with wet hair... read more
