I've stayed in this Residence Inn for over 100 nights over the past few years. The staff has generally been excellent (although the night staff is often difficult / impossible to find). The location is convenient if you are in Dublin/Pleasanton for work and have a car, but walkability is poor. Breakfasts are generally good (as far as hotel breakfasts are concerned). MY HONEST REVIEW: I feel bad leaving a bad review when there are so many good reviews but i cant see this being a 4 star room, i check many sites and they state this is a 4 star, no way. The bed mattress is the thinnest and most uncomfortable i have ever slept on in any hotel, you feel the metal in your back, the air condition and heater is so loud and noisy it shakes the whole room every 20-30 minutes feels like a semi truck passed by, hallways smell like pot, and after checking in extremely hard to find your room because t... read more
