RecommendedJust need to fix the loose toilet seat in room 212. And. At $200+ a night you should allow guest to set their own thermostats. We are capable of deciding our own comfort level. Thanks!
It is a convenient location with a nice pool and BBQ area. But when we got there we were told they were out of the room we booked so they were going to "upgrade" us... In their opinion the Queen bed 1 bedroom was an "upgrade" for just hubby and I from the King bed studio we booked. We are NOT happy with the smaller bed. Neither of us cared that the 1 bedroom smaller bed was a couple $$ more expensive. We BOTH viewed it as a downgrade as we would've booked a different hotel to get the king bed. My husband went to Pensacola for last minute catastrophe work. He went to another hotel. He turned around and walked out because it was so disgusting. We called around. I called this Marriott and spoke with Qataris (hope I spelled that right). Qataris was able to accommodate us last minute when most of the city was sold out. He went above and beyond at 10 o’clock at night. Thank you so much for all of your help!
AMAZING staff, especially Mrs. Judy. She went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do we would be ready for a wedding. Extremely grateful for her but everyone else was also wonderful! We would absolutely stay there again and we’d like to encourage our friends/ family and even perfect strangers to stay there as well.

This is a real suite not a wanna be like so many of the others. Great location near the beach.
This was our third stay at the Residence Inn in Pensacola. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite all three times. Normally we stay on the upper floors but this time we were on the first floor where they put guests with pets. I noticed a faint smell of pet urine but being a pet owner myself, I understand. The staff & housekeeping were extremely friendly & helpful. Right now they are in the middle of renovations.
