Clean rooms within walking distance of several restaurants.
I stayed on 18-19March in room 818 . I’m disappointed, when I walked in the room first glanced looked amazing ! However when I started looking closer to things it wasn’t what I expected to be . There was bugs and dirty around the desk area on the desk and on the floor which was next to balcony door which was blocked by a table which is understandable . Last night, 9 March, I was stranded in downtown South Norwalk with a dead mobile phone. To make matters worse I had a hot pizza and snacks. I walked into the lobby and spoke to the two front desk attendants. I explained the situation and they graciously offered me a charger. Ten minutes later I had a sufficient charge and an UBER ordered. I like to give a big THANK YOU! True customer service.
They have great staff,from the front desk to the cleaning staff.
