This place is trash— I stayed here with a large party and the AC didn’t work in 50% of our rooms. Avoid this place at all costs.
Very nice place and great hospitality
Perfect hotel for anyone staying in Norfolk for work. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay. The real star of this hotel is one of the front desk employees Gregory Smith. I stay at this hotel weekly for work and Gregory consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent service for the guests and even comes up with creative solutions to any problem you may have. Gregory provides the kind of hospitality and five star service that would be expected at a far more expensive hotel. Just an all around great guy!
Christopher, Gregory and Rochelle were the best parts of my stay. However everything else was pretty meh. Rooms are dated and screaming for a renovations. Elevators are a travesty, with only one being available majority of my month long stay. Okay during non peak hours but hell when a college sports team is staying there. Breakfast is fine, gym is alright. Area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and stuff. Had a huge problem with house keeping. I stayed at this location from March 6-8 2026 check in time is at 3 instead of 4 like most hotels I was pleasantly surprised by that I didn’t mind the hour difference but that was a nice touch (seemingly) well I have the app you can do a pre check in I did that at 2:58pm it said I couldn’t check in til 3:45 no worries right because normally you can’t check in til 4 as previously stated ok moving along 4:25 rolls around and when I checked in at 2:58 it said check in was 3:45 they would let me know when my room was ready so it... read more
