OMG!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! My husband and I booked a stay on Labor Day weekend, we were impressed with the lobby decorations and location to the Scope Center, check in was easy and we went to our room, when we opened the door....the nightmare started...NO AC!!! I called the frontdesk and he said he would send someone to fix it, no one came, we called again on 15 minutes, he asked did we want a fan? WHAT...no, I want AC. We asked for a new room, he moved us to a disability room on the 2nd floor. So, my view of the city turned... read more

Im not sure how this is even a 3star hotel more like 1. Placed is dated no upgrades. No hot water, no air. Breakfast was awful , coffee machine pouring out cold coffee. Good thing only stayed here one night. Never again

This hotel is absurdly overpriced for what you get. There was one functional elevator for the entire hotel, including the maintenance and cleaning crews. Our initial assigned room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The front desk associate was able to reassign us to another room, which still smelled a little off but we didn’t want to keep complaining. We had no AC only fan on two 100 degree days. They didn't fix it, and no other place to put us. We are checking out after day 2. They only reimbursed us equivalent of 100 on points, but we might get more we hope. I am surprised in a hotel as big as this, there isn't another room. Also one elevator didn't work, which was the same as the last time we were here last year. I noticed several other reviews say the AC didn't work, so this isn't a one off.
