Awesome... if you have a patient at Sentara Hospital this is a very convenient and well-appointed place to stay. I was super impressed with my room. It is a little noisy but they have white noise piped in so it makes it where it's tolerable.

I usually don't give bad reviews but this was a very, very disappointing stay. We had a party of 4 with a double king suite with a common area and when we walked in, the room REEKED of mold and/or decay. The two TVs didn't work and the AC/heat was not working. Temp on the display said 67 but the room was absolutely freezing. The room smelled so bad, we honestly thought that maybe something had died in the room. Stayed here with a large group, 40+ rooms. Several of us didn’t have AC, and rooms have a musty, dank smell. Almost smelled of cat urine. TV’s in the room aren’t functional and there is only 1 working elevator to service all the floors. Heard through the grapevine that 2nd elevator has been broken for over a year but staff told us “it broke the day before you all arrived.” This place is definitely not up to Marriott standards. Avoid at all costs.

Breanna Liley is the worst, most unprofessional general manager and she is a disgrace to the Marriott brand and the hotel industry.
