They double charged my room then the first employee that called my wife has a little snobby nasty attitude problem on her that needs to get checked the lady who checked us in said our room was fully paid and checked my bank and it was charged they called a few hours after we checked out to say we need to pay again this is were we spoke to little miss snobby attitude then requested a manager at the end of the day we were double charged little do they know who we know and who this has been reported to yes I understand followin... read more

1/5 stars – The Fall of an Empire I travel for work. Constantly. I have stayed in Marriott properties across this country more times than I can count, accumulating enough points to fund entire trips on loyalty alone. I stayed here one time in 2016 for a month Ina 2 room suite. The room reeked of MOLD I MEAN REEKED, EVERY TIME I OPENED THE DOOR TO MY ROOM IT HIT ME LIKE A TON OF BRICKS, THE BATHROOM IN THE MASTER BEDROOM HAD PINK MOLD GRWOING ALL AROUND THE SHOWER DRAIN AND THE KITCHEN HAD DRIED UP DRIPPINGS ALL ON LOWER CABINETS IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS, KITCHEN TABLE AND LEGS AND THE FLOOR HAD NOT BEEN MOPPED IN GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW LONG, THE BREAKFAST WAS NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH FOR THE GUESTS, EVERY MORNING I CAME DOWN AT 8AM AND ALL FOOD ... read more
