I was very impressed with the Residence Inn Murfreesboro. The property is beautiful and so well maintained that I honestly thought it was brand new. I was surprised to learn it was renovated about two years ago because everything still looks and feels fresh. Our king studio was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. I gave it a 2 star because this hotel is not smoker friendly there’s no safe spot to go at night you either have to stand out front or stand out back. It’s like they’re singling us out. We’re not good enough to sit by the pool because you smoke which I think is not fair if you don’t want us sitting by the pool, then you need to find a safer way for people who smoke outside in the dark staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good had many choices and the food was hot and fresh. My wife and I were there for a work trip. We arrived a few days early to celebrate my birthday. When we checked in we met Camille, instantly she had us laughing and smiling after a long travel day. When she found out my birthday was in a few days she was as excited as a close family member. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, no matter the time of day.
