Hugh at the front desk was awesome! From the moment we entered the Hotel his amazing hospitality skills were very apparent. Marriott did a great job hiring him!

I had a package delivered under my name, but I was no longer staying at the hotel (I had already checked out 10 days earlier). On the same day the package was supposed to arrive, I called the hotel and asked them to refuse the delivery, and the reservations staff told me “yes, sure.” However, a few hours later when I checked the tracking, I saw that the hotel had signed and accepted the package anyway. IF you CARE about SERVICE & experience Do NOT waste your time or money. They double-charged me for the SAME exact night and REFUSED to assist me all because the reservation was made through a 3rd party (even though they got paid twice & are in possession of the hotel rooms)! Despite writing and calling with clear proof of what was stating had occurred, I received NO flexibility or understanding whatsoever, even though I had already been a guest for 2 nights & simply needed to extend my stay by another 2 nights. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz okay. Großes Zimmer (219), gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, aber an den Verkehr denken. Besonders am Wochenende ist die Insel sehr voll. Staub auf dem Kühlschrank und der Klimaanlage, Flecken an der Decke und auch die Sitzkissen müssten gereinigt werden. Wenn Gäste im Pyjama (Kinder und Erwachsene) zum Essen kommen, ist das auch nicht angenehm. Kreischende Jugendliche auf der Gang bis spät in die Nacht. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

When staying in this hotel, guests need to be constantly on guard against staff entering their rooms without knocking. On top of that, the bathroom amenities are not properly arranged: there are two bottles of shampoo but no body wash. If you contact the front desk, they will send someone, but it typically takes 1–2 hours. The overall attitude seems to be: your well-being is not our concern, as long as it doesn’t disturb our rest.
