Amazing. The room was perfect for my family of 6 and had two smaller off rooms with separate beds to give everyone their privacy. Clean, friendly staff, great experience!
If you like nice cold showers and terrible parking then this is the place for you. Don’t expect the hot water to come in at any point in time. Love the under construction portion of the entirety of the first floor and the sound of tools when I get off work, it really brings me back to my job site on my downtime. Thanks for the warning on the website that it’s under renovations.
From outside the hotel looks slightly run down and outdated. However the rooms are modern and brand new. We stayed in two bedroom suite with beautiful walk-in shower, extra pull out bed had a brand new mattress and beds are extremely comfortable! Hotel is located in close proximity of the highway however you can’t even hear the traffic inside the rooms. Staff were helpful, friendly and easy to work with and refunded overcharge on pet fee immediately after brought to their attention.
We love our room and the staff is great. The location is ideal if youre here from the airport, but experience now tells me I should have chosen a location closer to the tourism areas. Traffic can get heavy. But, overall, we really love it here.
The suite was super clean and very well kept upon arrival. Front desk was also very helpful and quickly checked me in with 0 issues. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. They also have plates, pots, glasses, utensils, etc. in case you wanted to cook something during your stay. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, they do offer free breakfast from 6am-9am. I definitely recommend booking here and will probably always book here for all my business trips to Indy.
