the hotel being as close to the airport as it is was our main reason for choosing it. location is great, however our room’s bathroom ceiling had filled with water and was leaking/about to collapse within the first couple hours of us being there. we were moved to 2 new rooms (since our original room layout with 2 bedrooms wasn’t available) and kindly only charged for the first night because of the trouble. manager was very nice, great guy. employees, however, didn’t seem to be prioritizing our situation and were instead chatt... read more
Front desk was very nice and friendly, however the breakfast time was now enough and I understand the will not provide any more food after 9:00am, even clean up at exactly 9am. But no reason to turn off lights while people are still eating. I also found a bug on one of the beds.
