I arrived with my children at 8:30pm; and was told by front desk staff they canceled my 2 night suite PREPAID reservation EARLIER IN THE DAY citing “credit card issues” while I had a valid credit card on my account the entire time , not to mention the same credit card had been charged many times by the Marriott hotels before. August 3, 2026: I stayed at this Residence Inn location this past weekend for one night because I attended a local concert. I will provide my pros and cons of my hotel stay experience. I give four out of five stars. I'll stay here again when I drive and/or travel to Atlanta. I have photos shared. Pros: - This is one of the best Residence Inn Marriott Hotels I have ever stayed in! I love the entrance/exit door of the hotel building is locked so the only way to go inside is controlled by a key. Great to experience this protect... read more

The front desk towed my truck within 8 hours of checking in. I registered my vehicle with the front desk at check in, they recorded my make, model, and license plate. However; I forget to put a little piece of paper in my window and they tow it. No questions asked, no benefit of the doubt, nothing. $250 later I get my truck back and get myself and son to our functions, late of course.
