The amenities were convenient and added value to my overall stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent service I received at the front desk—Jasmine was especially kind, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. We have had great stays at Residence Inns all over the country, this one, however was really below par for that brand. Its too bad, because it's a pretty new property, but is being run totally on the cheap. Here is our experience: Room: Room itself was clean with nice layout and usual Residence Inn amenities, , e.g., kitchen, but the mattress was so saggy it was like sleeping on a hammock. There were two gentlemen at the reception desk during my stay. Each were professional and beyond patient. On one occasion during the breakfast hour you could hear a privileged customer complain about silly frivolous matters, yet the young man listened. He then assured her she would be taken care of without matching her self-righteous energy.
