Exceeded expectations. We stayed here to be near Saint David's. We had a room on the third floor with a city view and it was quiet. The shower was hot and powerful. Enjoyed breakfast each day, especially the oatmeal with fun and healthy toppings, and hot eggs. Fresh pancakes/waffles and bacon could have improved it. Having the Sprouts grocery so close was a lifesaver, we stopped in daily for grab and go lunch and drinks. All in all they took good care of us, would stay here again for any future visits to Austin.

This is the worst place to stay at this Residence Inn. The manager there is very rude and the customer services is horrible. Breakfasts are the same everyday. It's not worth paying the money. Even Fairfield is better than this place and cheaper.

This place is in a sketchy area. And the inside matches the outside. Luckily they buzz you in and out like a prison. Two bedroom with a kitchen. All 3 remotes were dead. Maintenance said the could come out the next day, but didn't. Gym was missing half the weights, dirty, no working tv, no towels, cups or clean wipes. Checked out early. And the air conditioner was down in the restaurant and lobby. Marriot property-very surprised

The rooms are dated and only clean on the surface. The blowdryer, curtains and coffee maker were all gross. There is very limited hot water. The front desk tells you to use the water during certain times of the day if you want a warm shower. One of the employees, Debbie Hill, was very nice and I think she was management. The rest of the staff hardly spoke and didn’t do even the bare minimum. I wasn’t even told I would be charged for parking, no one tried to connect my Marriott Bonvoy. Overall, it’s stay-able, but don’t count... read more

How is this still a Marriott property? I stayed here on 1/17/26 with my family and was not offered a room upgrade or acknowledgement of Titanium Elite status. No early check-in either as there were “others ahead of me”. After we finally got to the room (3 hours later) and found a cockroach, they offered a suite that “miraculously” became available. The desk agent then refused to help us move luggage or the baby’s crib up to the new room because “there are no housekeepers on the property”. After passing multiple housekeepers ... read more
