Great experience at the residence inn marriott. Shuttle stop for Disney was only 50-75 feet. Has arcade, pool, great laundry area. Staff was attentive and great to work with. Breakfast was okay, well-stocked. Could use more fresh fruit options. Target across the street, many restaurants in area. Only problem we had was housekeeping lifted my son's cologne. :(
Was there all week last week. Honestly I was disappointed the staff had an attitude mostly. My pool key had an issue working. The door took forever to always open it was constantly getting stuck or not unlocking. My email told me check out was 11 but I was in the middle of getting stuff out at 10 and was locked out of my room. The very first five minutes of checking in I was informed of a 340 charge that dropped down to a 140 hold charge that had no clue about and then after I said okay the lady at the front desk kept glarin... read more
