Very nice and super clean. Highly recommend we will stay again in the future.
The front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. However, for the price, our room fell far below expectations. Here's what we experienced. 1. We were in a family suite, and one of the rooms truly felt like a closet with an attached bathroom. It was a tiny room with two small beds jammed together in an L shape with a TV hung on the wall and a tiny desk. 2. The bathroom door in the other room was not properly installed. Definitely have mixed feelings about this hotel. Overall, I’d rate it a 7.5/10. I booked this hotel based on my needs—location, number of beds/rooms, free breakfast, and proximity to Disney—and it checked a lot of those boxes. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a water and coffee station available, which was convenient for a quick pick-me-up.
