We just returned from this hotel where we had a family two bedroom suite. The hotel was great. The room was a bit dated but it was clean and everyone was happy with it. The kitchen has a stove, oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. The free breakfast in the morning was quite comprehensive and had something for everyone. I really enjoyed it. When it comes down to trying to explain this stay, it’s honestly hard to put into words. My stay at your place was, from my experience, not the best. And I say that as someone who has traveled a lot and stayed in many different hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs. One of the first things was the smell. When I first got there, the smell on the 7th floor was horrendous. It smelled like dog urine all over the place. It stuck up the entire 7th floor fairly badly. And it was not just one day. Rooms are ok but not so clean. The location was great but you really get what you paid for. Since we didn't spent much at the hotel it was ok.
1st night-Water takes 5 min to get warm or hot. Tv plays half the channels. Just goes Black and dark. Fridge is not cold enough and the temp control was purposely removed. Ice offered in walmart freezer bags for a fee! No clock or alarm!!! 2nd night- toilet stuffed up with and not by toilet paper. Mold all in vents. (Have photos to prove) Asked for new towels and to fix toilet. Said ok....4 hours later, we are bringing up our own towels and the only person working has to find time to bring us a plunger to do ourself. Just pa... read more
