The late night shift front desk people are rude and unhelpful. I had to make a change to my reservation to extend, and did it as they advised. Then called to confirm it was handled correctly the next day which they said they would. Surprise… it wasn’t.
Solid room for an overnight stay. We were on a road trip and just needed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was solid as well. Not spectacular, but good.
We hate 635 and didn't realize that this was located there. The parking is awful. Other than that everything was great.
Great price, service, location. The rooms are large with all the amenities of home. My family and I stay here every time we visit. Friendly staff and they provide a nice breakfast. It’s clean and located near the hospital and shopping. We always feel safe when we stay here.
