Great customer service, very comfortable beds. The smoke detector battery in my kitchen deciding to go dead at 3 AM, start chirping, woke me from s sound sleep in a panic Maintenance was very quick to come to my room and remove it.. again, at 3am.
The staff were very nice and helpful,the suite was immaculate,very comfortable and had everything we needed,for a home away from home The breakfast they provide was delicious.They provide grocery shopping & dry cleaning services ,exercise room and much more. We went because of a power outage,they made it feel like. a vacation,I will recommend it to everyone.
Next time I'm in Warren, that is where I will be staying. The staff was very nice and my suite was a home away from home.
