Pleasant, quiet and very clean hotel. Beyond pleased and highly recommend!
Very comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was clean and nicely appointed. Nice mixer Tuesday evening. Good, hot breakfast. Gave it only 4 stars because spa was closed.

This is by far one of the worst service hotels I've ever stayed at! The attitude of staff is horrible. I booked a 17 night stay at hotel and my kids are begging me to leave!
Very, very, very rude staff. Spent three nights here, switching hotels for the remainder of our time in DFW to get out of this hotel and away from this staff. Unacceptable.
Rooms are standard, but the staff (and I mean all the staff, from front desk when we checked in, to breakfast the first morning) were all EXTREMELY rude. Like checking in and staying at their hotel was the biggest hassle in the world to them. Would not assist in navigation around area, and, after my fiancée forgot a toothbrush, was told we had to buy one from their market?? ...that's a new one.
