My experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. They provided shuttle service around the island which was helpful for running errands in addition to getting out and about. I look forward to returning to this hotel!

Great location, nice hotel, and friendly staff.
My wife and I stayed there last October. Nice room and friendly people. Wasn't fond of the dogs barking in the nearby rooms and the piped in music was to loud and very annoying. Asked the front desk to turn it down and maybe change the selection. Some kind of techno music. It appeared that the average age of the guest was maybe 60 yrs. Elevator music would have been better. There was on escaping it. Even by the pool. Was told that they can't control the volume or selection.
Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating!!! Now for some beach time on Florida’s First Coast

Just stayed there for a week and will definitely stay there again on our next visit. The room was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
