Had a great stay. Breakfast was included with the deal. Comfort food night featured paella on the house. The room was very nice and well equipped. The staff were very warm. The scenery was serene and calming. Loved the upscale beach life.
We have been staying there at least 2-3 weekends a year since it had opened and we have watched the decline in cleanliness and customer service. We are Marriott members and we have made them aware of this as well. The location is excellent on the island but the filth in the rooms and poor cooking pots, pans etc are shameful. When they get a new housekeeping mgr and someone who accepts accountability we will return. Until that time the Amelia island inn gets our business.
Great place to stay...love happy hours and breakfast. Friendly staff!
