Staff was very helpful and shuttle service was so helpful taking us back and forth to Duke hospital
Rooms are spacious took forever to cool room down and the rooms aren’t very sound proof could here music from the bar across the street from the hotel.
I loved it. Super staff! Loved the shuttle service. Good fitness center. Great location!! The pool was too shallow for treading water and too small for swimming or water walking for exercise--hugely disappointing.
I honestly can't say anymore than what anybody else had said about this place it was wonderful. Helpful staff. Went out of their way to take my son back to his school in the morning. It has parking. And the bartender Joe was awesome. I've stayed as a DVC member at Disney and this place was just as awesome.
My family, caregivers, and I stayed here for about 4 weeks during my kidney transplant and recuperation period. From the moment we walked in, we were given the royal treatment. If you needed it, they made sure you had it. The hotel office staff, front desk clerks, shuttle service, nutritional, housekeeping and maintenance staff, were very personable and they all catered to your every need.
