On NYE we had a room here. Upon returning home at 11:30pm, we had NO hot water. The night attends wouldn’t move us rooms because they were at capacity and some of the rooms had reservations. It was almost midnight, who could be arriving anytime soon? How many people would come now? We asked for ANY room. The clerk flat out refused. I don’t ever do this, but I was charged $230 to stay in a room that smelled like smoke, had a dirty tissue on the floor when I arrived, had cigarette ashes on the bed spread, and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The cushions on the couch were disheveled and looked like either a party of college kids slept on them or someone broke it. I don't know how it is that you are getting away with what you're doing charging full price here in Mesa and get everything shut down snow pool no gym no breakfast nothing on top of that your employees don't know anything and are about as rude as can be there's garbage piling up in the hallway because housekeeping only works every other day and yet yard still paying full price when I tell them I'm going to a different Hotel because this is crap they act like they seriously do not care so some kind of government funding is go... read more
Patti was very kind and professional at the front desk. We stayed at this hotel two times and each time she was friendly and efficient. It’s heartwarming to arrive at a hotel and have someone be so very accommodating and knowledgeable.
I’m happy and content to what I experienced while in this place.
